Consignment Sale - September 14, 2017

On Thursday Sept 14, in conjunction with Fox Auction Company, Heritage Park will hold their Annual Consignment Sale featuring antique tractors, implements, households, tools, literature, memorabilia and much more. Note, admission will be charged to attend the Consignment Sale, however there will be active demonstration being held throughout the day. Have an item to sell, be sure to get it consigned early to get the best results of our advertising and promotions. Seller Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all sellers:

  • Antique and classic farm items such as tractors, machinery, cars, trucks, motorcycles, tools, literature, toys, etc. are preferred.
  • There is a 50% Selling Commission Fee per items for items selling for $10.00 or less. There is a 10% Selling Commission Fee per item for items selling for greater than $10.00. Selling Commission Fees are (Tax Deductible Heritage Park Donation). For example if your item sells for $100, $10 will be held back as a donation to Heritage Park. If your item sells for $8 , $4 will be held back as a donation to Heritage Park.
  • There is a $500 Maximum Commission Fee per item(Tax Deductible Heritage Park Donation). For example if your item sells for $6,000. Only $500 will be held back as a donation to Heritage Park.
  • You can put reserve prices on your items, but if they do not sell at your reserve price or higher, you will be required to pay $20 as a No Sale Fee to Heritage Park as a donation (Tax Deductible).
  • Consignments will be accepted up to 2 hours before the start of the sale, but if you want to get your item advertised in the auction flyer and on the internet you must provide a description of your item to the auction manager at least two weeks prior to the sale date.
  • Use the provided Registration Form (Over) to submit your items for sale. You can email the form to the Auction Administrator ( or provide the completed form at the time you deliver your item(s). If you want to have a picture of your item available on the internet, you will need to send an electronic picture to the Auction Administrator (preferred method). Alternatively you can attach a non-returnable picture of your item(s) to the Auction Administrator per the contacts below.
  • Once you list an item, you are obligated to deliver the item to Heritage Park before the start of the sale. If you do not, you will be assessed a $20.00 No Sale Fee.
  • Payment will be sent to you within 10 business days following the auction.
  • Any items that have been registered advertised or brought to Heritage Park to be sold during the auction and are sold prior to the suction are still subject to commissions charges as stated above. No pre-selling of items prior to the auction.
  • Items will be accepted at the Park beginning one week prior to the sale date from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Someone should be at the park to show you where to unload and help you with the registration process. Your item(s) must be registered before you leave the Park. Again use the form on the back side of this sheet. Extra sheets will be available in the basement of Beaver Creek Church.
  • Unregistered items will be considered as a tax deductible donation to Heritage Park and the full selling price will be retained by Heritage Park as a donation.

Buyer Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all buyers.

  • Payment to be made with cash or good check. Nothing to be removed until paid for.
  • All items must be paid for on day of the sale.
  • Any statements made sale day take precedence over printed material. Everything sold "AS IS WHERE IS".
