On Friday September 14th, 2012 Heritage Park, in conjunction with Fox Auction Company, will hold their 8th Annual Consignment Sale featuring antique tractors, implements, households, tools, literature, memorabilia and much more. Have an item to sell, be sure to get it consigned early to get the best results of our advertising and promotions. Seller Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all sellers.

  • Antique and classic farm items such as tractors, machinery, cars, trucks, motorcycles, tools, literature, toys, etc. are preferred.
  • There is a 10% Selling Commission Fee per item.  For example if your items sells for $100, $10 will be held back as a donation to Heritage Park.
  • There is a $1.00 minimum commission fee per item.  For example if your items sells for $5.00, $1.00 will be charged as your commission.
  • There is a $500 Maximum Commission Fee per item.  For example if your item sells for $6,000.  Only $500 will be held back as a donation to Heritage Park.
  • You can put reserve prices on your items, but if they do not sell at your reserve price or higher, you will be required to pay $10 as a No Sale Fee to Heritage Park as a donation (Tax Deductible).
  • Consignments will be accepted up to 2 hours before the start of the sale, but if you want to get your item advertised in the auction flyer and on the internet you must provide a description of your item to the Auction Manager by September 1st, 2012.
  • Use the provided Registration Form to submit your items for sale. You can email the form
    to the Web Administrator or provide the completed form at the time you deliver your
    item(s). If you want to have a picture of your item available on the internet, you will need
    to send an electronic picture to the Web Administrator (preferred method). Alternatively
    you can attach a non-returnable picture of your item(s) to the Web Administrator per the
    contacts below.
  • Once you list an item, you are obligated to deliver the item to Heritage Park before the
    start of the sale. If you do not, you will be assessed a $10.00 No Sale Fee.
  • Payment will be sent to you within 10 days following the auction.
  • Items will be accepted at the Park beginning September 6th from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
    Someone should be at the park to show you where to unload and help you with the
    registration process. Your item(s) must be registered before you leave the Park. Again
    use the form on the back side of this sheet. Extra sheets will be available in the basement
    of Beaver Creek Church.
  • Unregistered items will be considered as a tax deductible donation to Heritage Park and the full selling price will be retained by Heritage Park.

Buyer Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all buyers.

  • Payment to be made with cash or good check. Nothing to be removed until paid for.
  • All items must be paid for on day of the sale.
  • Any statements made sale day take precedence over printed material. Everything sold "AS IS WHERE IS".
