Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Each year the volunteers at Heritage Park organize and conduct an Easter egg hunt for children from the surrounding communities.  This year we are excited to announce the annual sponsorship of Farmer’s Coop for this event.

The event is held within the gated grounds of Heritage Park.  The hunt is divided into 4 groups:  0-3 years old, 4-6 years old and 7-10 years old (the 5th grade in school); and Special Needs of all ages.  All children line up in the predefined areas.  The youngest group starts first, immediately at 11 am with the next age group to follow once first group as finished (approximately 15 minutes later).   Candy eggs along with special prize eggs are eagerly and quickly gathered.
