Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. If you purchase more then one chance, you must fill out a form for each chance.

The drawings will be held approximately 5:00 PM on Sunday September 19th, 2010. Only properly completed forms with correct remittance received by Saturday September 16th, 2010 will be included in the drawing.
